Valerie Kerekes is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and maintains her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She holds a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education and has retired from her position as an Adapted PE Specialist. She is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner® and is certified in Yamuna Body Rolling.
Valerie received her training in Myofascial Release from John F. Barnes, PT , and has been an instructor for the Myofascial Release Seminars. She has been practicing massage since 1971 and incorporated Myofascial Release into her treatments since 1996. Her CranioSacral Therapy expertise has been enhanced by additional training through the Upledger Institute.
